Is an attendant included in the package?
Yes — all packages include a friendly, professional photo booth attendant for the full duration of your booking. They'll keep the energy up and make sure every guest has a great time.
How much floor space does the booth require?
Each booth is a little different, but as a general rule 2.5m² is enough space. If you're unsure whether your venue can accommodate a booth, get in touch and we'll help figure it out.
Do you charge extra for setup and removal?
No — setup and pack-down are included in the package price and happen outside of your booked hours. The number of hours you choose is the amount of time the booth is actually running at your event.
Where do you travel, and is there a travel fee?
Mugshots is happy to travel to Canberra and the surrounding regions. Fees and availability depend on the location of your event — if you're unsure, reach out and we can discuss your options.
Can the booth be set up anywhere?
As a general rule we like to set booths up against a wall or in a corner, near a power supply. We've worked with many of Canberra's venues and can assist with placement. If your event is outdoors or at a private residence, please contact us to discuss requirements. Some venues may only suit a specific booth type due to access — we'll always let you know.
Is there a limit to the number of photos or prints?
Not at all — photos and prints are completely unlimited for the full duration of your booking. Snap as many as you like!
When is a booking fee required?
A $200 booking fee is required within 7 days of making your booking. This secures your date and your chosen booth.
